With 5 bedrooms, 17 beds, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 22 guests, there’s room to bring the whole crew without sacrificing comfort. The Villa combines incredible river views with a resort-style backyard, private dock and launch, multiple gathering spaces, and plenty of entertainment when you’re off the water.
Room for the Whole Crew
The primary suite features a king bed plus a private office, giving you a quiet space away from the action.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional king suites, including one with a sofa bed. The upper level also features a full kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with some of the best river views in the house — the perfect place for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply watching the boats go by.
Downstairs offers another king suite plus an incredible custom bunk room with six double beds, making it especially well suited for kids, teens, teams, or larger groups.

Step outside and you’re right where you came to be. The backyard opens directly to a resort-style pool and spa overlooking the Colorado River, complete with a Baja ledge, in-water bar seating, and misted patio areas for cooling off on hot Parker afternoons.
Best of all, there’s a private dock and boat launch. Bring the boat, launch right from the property, tie up at your own dock, and come and go on the river whenever you want.

The fun doesn’t stop when the boat gets parked. Downstairs, a second living room features a wet bar and photo wall and opens directly to the pool area.
