More updates, fun additions, and fresh touches are already in the works as this iconic property begins its next chapter.
Located directly on a wide, deep-water section of the famous Parker Strip, Arizona Shores offers private docks, incredible river views, and an unbeatable waterfront location.
Please note: Arizona Shores is a vintage river resort—not a large vacation home. The entire property is approximately 970 square feet and consists of three separate motel-style suites, each about the size of a traditional hotel room.

#2 1 Queen bed with two recliner chairs with a coffee table. The chairs convert into twin beds
#3 2 Queen beds (also a washer/dryer in this unit)
Each has:
A private bathroom
A small kitchenette with the essentials
It's own entrance
The property accommodates up to 1o guests (very cozy) across the three suites. While the indoor living space is cozy, the real magic is outside. The entire property is rented to only one group at a time, so you'll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay.
