Nestled in a cul de sac just off Kiowa N. and a straight shot to Windsor launch! There's plenty of parking in the empty lot on side house secured behind gate. This trendy property is set up with (1) King, (2) Queens and a set of KIDS ONLY bunk beds! You can be a family with kids and enjoy this pool home or three couples with a few kids. To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES to APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB
We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.
We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.
