Check-in time is either 2- 4 pm for all of our properties. If the house happens to be ready sooner we will let you know, but it is best to plan on arriving anytime AFTER 3 pm for all reservations.

What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Relaxed: Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

Check in instructions will be emailed 2 days prior to arrival.

Where can I rent a boat?

Can I bring my dog?
Most of our properties are dog-friendly and you are welcome to bring your favorite family member along. Before booking, please check the listing to see if the property allows dogs. To prevent fines and fees for unapproved pups we ask that you let us know if you’re bringing a dog. If you have any questions, please ask!

What should I bring?
Sheets and towels are provided, clean and ready for your use upon arrival. All of our properties are equipped with pots, pans, utensils, glasses, plates, and bowls. For specific kitchen tools or requests please ask and we will confirm if your reserved property has those items.

Can I smoke at the property?
We do not allow smoking inside our homes. Most properties do allow smoking outside (10+ feet away) the home. We appreciate your consideration.
